Wedding Cakes
All cakes are custom made to order and must be ordered in advance. Cake prices are determined by size and complexity of the design. Intricate details, flowers or other designs may affect the price of your cake. By appointment, we will help you determine the style you prefer or you can bring any material that will inspire the design of the cake. ( ie. photographs, fabric swatches, paint chips, magazine clippings, sketches etc.). A 50% deposit confirms an order, with the balance due 14 days prior to the delivery date. Reserving your Wedding date:
A deposit of 50% of the total order is due to hold the date for your wedding. It is a good idea to reserve your date early. (ideal time is 6 months before your wedding).
**The remaining balance and supply deposit (if necessary) is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date**.
Supply/Equipment Deposit:
This will vary based on the style and design of cake chosen.
It is 100% refunded when all supplies are returned clean and undamaged within 1 week after the wedding date.
Cancellation Policy:
Wedding cake cancellation made 60 days before the wedding date will be refunded their deposit minus a 20% non refundable or transferable fee from the original cake price.. Any cancellation made after the 60 day limit will not receive a refund or transfer of their deposit.
Celebration cake (cookies, corporate cakes, cupcakes, mini-cakes etc.) cancellation made 14 days prior to delivery or pick up date will be refunded their deposit minus a 20% non refundable or transferable fee from the original price. Any cancellation made after the 14 day limit will not receive a refund / transfer of the deposit.
