To me a cake is a wonderful work of art created especially to act as the centerpiece of your wedding feast. It symbolizes your future happiness as bride and groom and with such a significant role to play in, on your special day, not only must your cake look superb, it must also taste sensational.

I have always had a passion for baking, even from a young age. I believe deeply in the importance of using time-tested recipes in which the quality of ingredients is never compromised. It is this passion, coupled with a love of designing and decorating Celebration Cakes that led me to establish my own Cake Business.

I design and create all styles of cake- classic, contemporary, traditional, beautiful, fun, bright and funky. Some are encased with chocolate, others finished with exquisite handcrafted sugar flowers. You may want your cake to be simple and sophisticated or brightly coloured and vivacious. Maybe you want a Wedding cupcake tower instead. The choice is ultimately yours.
